1. Use of Service
By using Linkimiz, you agree to these terms. You may only use the platform for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights of others.
Users under 18 cannot register without parental consent.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your password private. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. Report any unauthorized account use immediately to [email protected].
3. Content Rules
You are solely responsible for any content you upload to the platform. The following types of content are prohibited:
- · Content that violates laws, is misleading, or deceptive
- · Material that infringes others' intellectual property
- · Harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content
- · Spam, phishing, or malicious links
4. Payments and Subscriptions
The Free plan is always available. Pro is a monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time — if you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current period. Payments are non-refundable, but for special circumstances contact [email protected].
5. Service Changes and Termination
Linkimiz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. Users will be notified by email 30 days in advance of significant changes.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Baku, Azerbaijan.
